Hi!! Thanks so much for wanting to order a matcha bowl set from me. I’ve been getting a lot of DMs about ordering, and it’s impossible for me to answer everyone individually. So I decided to make this info page! I’d really appreciate it if you could read through the Q&As before asking a question ☺️

Q: When will pre-orders be open again?
A: I’ll open another wave of preorders after I finish the current batch, probably around mid-November at the earliest.

Q: I need this before Christmas. Can you deliver?
A: If you preorder after November, it probably won’t arrive in time for Christmas. I’m really sorry!! Every piece is handmade by me, and it takes 1 to 2 months to throw, dry, trim, paint, glaze, and fire each piece 🥺

BUT!!! I will also be listing premade pieces in my shop, which can be shipped in time for Christmas unless I say otherwise.

Q: When will premade pieces be listed in your shop?
A: After I finish the current batch, any extras will go up in my shop. I’ll announce it a few days in advance on my instagram story, so make sure to follow me there. If you’re not on IG, you can subscribe to my newsletter below and I’ll send a reminder email.

Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: Right now, only USA shipping is paused. If you don’t see your country or currency listed, send me a message on instagram or through the feedback form, and I’ll add it.

Q: Why pause USA shipping?
A: Some of my recent packages to the USA were opened by customs and got damaged because they weren’t rewrapped properly. It really broke my heart, and even though I appreciate the love and support from my American followers, I don’t want to disappoint anyone with broken ceramics. It also genuinely makes me sad to see a piece I spent weeks making get damaged like that 😭🙏

This issue has only started happening since the tariff situation. I believe customs is opening packages to check CUSMA eligibility, since I include a CUSMA certificate to make items tariff-free. Until I figure out a way to prevent this, US shipping will remain paused.... I promise I will keep you guys updated...!!!

Q: How much do they cost?
$120 CAD - matcha bowl only
$155 CAD - matcha bowl + whisk holder set
Pricing is subject to change, especially since I might need to source the glaze from another province, my local pottery supply store ran out of it recently... 💦

Q: Why can't I find the listing?
